Sanders family here. These are hands down the best and fastest response and affordable company you can get. We lost heat with 10 degree weather and as a family of 5 it’s horrible. Every place quoted us a week, called these guys and with ONE day they were out by the second day we had heat with a new furnace installed… showed up exactly when scheduled had working heat within 4 hours. Did I mention they beat all the competition by under 1,000 dollars and it was the same unit? Bottom line is this. If you want prompt service with over 40 years experience, the absolute best customer experience and affordable prices give them a call! This company will forever be my heat and ac company!

I was in the hospital when my furnace quit. Craig, and Logan Rhodes were very professional and very efficient! They had my new furnace installed 2 days later. It looks and works great! Great job Universal heating and cooling! Good job Carnes as well!
